About The Death Of Erano Manalo

MANILA, Philippines – Eraño Manalo, the Executive Minister of the Iglesia ni Cristo (INC), has passed away yesterday (Aug. 31) afternoon. He was 84.

According to a radio report, Manalo died at 3:53 p.m. yesterday in his home in Quezon City. The report quoted INC spokesman Bienvenido Santiago as saying that the religious leader succumbed to cardiopulmonary arrest.

He took over the administration of the church after the death of his father, INC founder Felix Manalo, in 1963.

Manalo’s remains will be interred at the Templo Sentral of the INC in Quezon City, the report added. They say that there is no definite date when the late Ka Erdy will be buried. To the family of Ka Erdy my condolences.
