Today the whole world is suffering because of the ongoing global crisis.
Many countries has had their companies and establishments closed because of it.
The employees are most affected because of the layoffs due to financial crisis.

We cannot deny that our fellow Filipinos are most affected because there are a lot of Filipino people working abroad now, and its going to be a problem for them because of the ongoing massive layoffs. Many of my friends are worried because they might lose their jobs if they come home for a vacation.

An established bank in the USA declare bankruptcy and because of that a lot of people and companies are affected. So if you want to help fight the global crisis you should know how to cut off the big bills that you are paying.

Examples on how to fight global crisis:

1. Switch off lights or appliances when not in use so that your electric bills will go down.
2. Stop using credit cards because they have hidden charges that add on your monthly bills.
3. cook the exact amount of food that you need to consume so that you can save food for the next meal.
4. don't buy expensive items when you can buy that item for less in another store.

These are some examples that you should know so that you can help to fight global crisis with less stress.

Headaches are among the most common health problem that people have especially in the Philippines.

While the doctor do not understand the precise cause, researchers have made considerable progress in finding the treatments.

The 3 major types of headaches and their symptoms are the ff:

1. Tension Type Headaches - Pain is felt as a mild to moderate pressure, ache or tightness, generally on both sides of the head. The pain can last from 30 minutes to one week.

Treatment: Episodic headaches usually respond to the over the counter painkiller. Sometimes doctor prescribe muscle relaxants or antidepressants to reduce frequency.

2. Migraine Headaches - Throbbing pain , usually on one side of the head, is often made worse by routine movement, such as walking up and down stairs. Associated symptoms include nausea and sensitivity to light and noise. the pain generally lasts between 4 hours to 3 days.

Treatment: Most people require prescription medication to relieve migraines. A combination of aspirin and the anti nausea drug metoclopramide has proved effective.

3. Cluster Headaches - A sudden series of excruciating headaches on one side of the head. Other symptoms on the painful side may include a stuffed, runny nose, a droppy eyelid and a watery eye. A typical attack lasts 15 minutes to 3 hours.

Treatment: Sometimes inhaling pure oxygen at the first sign can stop the headaches. Some people gain relief by applying a local anesthetic in the nostril on the affected side or thaking drug sumatriptan. Drugs such as ergotamine and verapamil can help prevent headaches.

S o if you encounter these kind of headaches, you'll know what to do.

My friend Tricia is having a sushi party on saturday night.
Im so excited to see my college friends again. We also invited our other friends to come.
The more the merrier. Last saturday, we had our get together and we realized that having it once a week is good for us because its a way for us to release our stress from work and also from our house.
All together again, even for a short time, we forgot our problems and all we could think of was the good times we had when we were all back in college.

Last night, my college friends and I had a get together party at jannie`s house. Its been a long time since we had this chance to see each other and we were so excited. Of course, we had so much fun and laughter. We talked about the days when we were back in school. How crizzy paid all the debts of her boyfriend and how she suffered because of her husband. But now she's okay and happy with her husband and kids. We also talked about how paranoid crizzy was before and how she would go on and on saying we would all undergo CS if we were to give birth . Also talked about funny things about the rest of our friend's former boyfriends. Having so much fun, we forgot about the time and before we knew it, it was 4 in the morning already. Packing up in a hurry before the sun comes up, we all went home sleepy and tired but thinking how fun it was to get together again.
